Behind-the-Bar Deep Cleaning

Sticky Floors. Sour Drains. Fruit Flies.

The Problem Starts Behind the Bar—But It Does Not Stay There.

Beer, syrup, juice, yeast and food residue accumulate around drains, floor sinks, bartender workstations, equipment edges and grout lines.

The guest may not know where the odor, sticky feeling or fruit fly came from. They only know what they saw, smelled or felt.

They may skip the second drink, close the tab early, decide not to return—or reach for their phone.

Your closing team is not the problem. Routine closing does not always provide the time, equipment or access required to remove deeper behind-the-bar buildup.

David may be actively assisting a client and unable to answer immediately. Calls received during normal business hours are typically returned within one hour. Calls received after hours will be returned the next business day. Walkthrough requests may be submitted online anytime.

No pressure. No surprise hourly billing. Your service areas, preparation requirements, expected service window and flat-rate price are approved before work begins.

The Scheduled Bar Reset

Your Team Resets the Bar.
We Handle the Deeper Buildup.

Every service begins with a complimentary walkthrough. We inspect the condition and layout of your bar, identify the recurring problem areas and prepare a written, flat-rate scope.

Service is scheduled during an approved closed-hours or early-morning window. Management receives before-and-after photographs and post-service observations documenting the approved work.

What We Deep Clean

One Written Scope.
Every Approved Area Behind the Bar.

Depending on the approved scope, your Initial Bar Reset may include:

Accessible drains and drain surrounds
Floor sinks and surrounding edges
Speed rails and speed racks
Bottle holders and bottle wells
Soda-gun holsters
Drip trays and garnish-station surrounds
Bartender work surfaces
Accessible underbar shelving
Equipment exteriors and surrounding edges
Accessible areas beneath equipment
Sticky behind-the-bar flooring
Grout lines, kick plates and difficult corners
Exposed flooring beneath staff-removed floor mats
Before-and-after photo documentation

Steam-first. Surface-aware. Scope-controlled.

High-temperature vapor steam is used where appropriate for the surface and soil. It may be supported by specialized tools and carefully selected low-odor products when required.

Equipment is not disconnected, disassembled or serviced unless specifically approved in writing.

Before We Arrive

Your team removes bottles, garnishes, glassware, bar tools, loose items and floor mats from the approved service areas.

Washing or degreasing removable bar mats is not included unless separately quoted.

Reset the Bar. Then Protect the Starting Point.

Remove the Buildup—Then Keep It
From Taking Back Over.

The Initial Bar Reset addresses accumulated buildup in the approved behind-the-bar service area. Once that cleaner starting point is established, scheduled maintenance can return to the same problem areas before residue has months to build back.

Remove accessible organic residue around drains and floor sinks
Lift tacky buildup from approved behind-the-bar flooring and grout
Deep clean approved beverage-station exteriors and surrounding edges
Address accessible buildup under and around equipment
Document recurring trouble spots for management
Create a more manageable baseline for the closing team

Deep cleaning can support odor control and remove accessible organic buildup that attracts flies. It does not replace licensed pest control, plumbing or beverage-equipment service.

Prefer a One-Time Reset?

Start With Only What Your Bar Needs.

The Initial Bar Reset is also available without a maintenance program. Final service areas and pricing are confirmed in writing after the complimentary walkthrough.

Important Pricing Information

Starting prices are based on a typical bar with reasonable access and normal accumulated buildup.
Monthly maintenance is generally scheduled every 28–35 days.
Every-other-month maintenance is generally scheduled every 56–70 days. The per-visit price is higher because more buildup can accumulate between services, but fewer annual visits provide a lower-frequency option for budget-conscious venues.
Heavy buildup, difficult access, additional stations, expanded flooring, parking requirements or work outside the approved scope may affect the final price. Any changes are discussed and approved before service begins.

Founding Hospitality Partner Program

Qualifying Founding Hospitality Partners may choose monthly or every-other-month maintenance. Complete six scheduled maintenance visits, and the entire approved cost of your Initial Bar Reset is included.

View Founding Partner Program Details

The Initial Bar Reset is also available as a one-time service without a maintenance program.

Limited Founding Opportunity

Is Your Bar a Fit for the
Founding Program?

The program is limited to the first five qualifying Nashville-area and Northern Middle Tennessee venues. Participation is not automatic. Every location begins with a complimentary walkthrough and an approved written scope.

To qualify, your property must:

Be an operating bar, restaurant, hotel, event venue or hospitality property within our approved service area
Have behind-the-bar areas that can be safely accessed without moving fixed, connected or unsafe-to-move equipment
Complete a complimentary walkthrough and approve the written Reset scope, maintenance rate and service areas
Sign a six-month agreement for six scheduled maintenance visits, with the first maintenance visit scheduled within 30 days of the Reset
Remove bottles, garnishes, glassware, bar tools, loose items and floor mats from the approved areas before each service
Allow before-and-after service documentation; public marketing use requires separate written approval

What "At No Charge" Means

The Reset Credit

The full approved cost is credited at program start

Whatever the approved Initial Bar Reset costs — that full amount is credited at the beginning of the program. There is no dollar cap and no partial credit. The Reset is completed at no charge to you when the program begins.

Early Cancellation

Unearned credit becomes due

The Reset credit is earned one-sixth at a time as each maintenance visit is completed and paid. If the agreement ends before all six visits are complete, the remaining unearned portion of the Reset credit becomes due.

Early-Cancellation Example

The Reset credit is earned one-sixth at a time.

If two of the six maintenance visits have been completed and paid, two-sixths of the Reset credit has been earned. The remaining four-sixths becomes due if the agreement ends at that point. The exact amount is confirmed in the signed agreement.

The walkthrough confirms access, condition, preparation requirements, Reset value, maintenance rate and the areas included before the agreement is signed.

How It Works

Walk It. Scope It. Reset It.

1

Walk and Scope the Bar

We inspect the service area and confirm the approved work, preparation requirements, service window and flat-rate price.

2

Complete and Document the Reset

We perform the Initial Bar Reset during an approved service window. Management receives before-and-after photographs and post-service observations.

3

Maintain the Approved Areas

If selected, monthly or every-other-month visits return to the agreed problem areas before heavy buildup returns.

Built for Hospitality Operations

We Know the Difference Between Closing the Bar and Deep Cleaning It.

Music City Steam Co. is owner-operated by David Draband, who brings more than 20 years of hotel engineering and food-and-beverage experience in Marriott and Hilton environments.

We do not replace your nightly closing routine or blame the team doing it. We provide scheduled, closed-hours deep cleaning for the areas behind the bar that require more time, access, heat and detailed attention than a normal close can absorb.

You work directly with David from the complimentary walkthrough through the completed service. The scope, preparation requirements, service window and flat-rate price are approved before work begins.

The Operating Reality

Your team is resetting the bar. We are handling the deeper buildup.

Closing teams have to break down stations, restock, remove trash, wipe surfaces, mop floors and prepare for the next shift. Music City Steam Co. supports that work by addressing the areas routine closing cannot fully absorb.

You work directly with David from the initial walkthrough through completed service. No call center. No rotating crew. No guessing who is accountable.
